2. Service Description

UserGuide.me provides an AI-powered platform that converts PDF product manuals into interactive voice assistants. The service includes:

Manual upload, processing, and AI indexing
Voice assistant generation with QR code access
Dashboard for conversation analytics and management
API access for integration

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must not share account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Use the service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API
Upload malware or malicious content disguised as manuals

5. Pricing & Payments

Free tier includes a $5 credit for testing
Usage is billed per conversation at published rates
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded manuals and content
You grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service
The UserGuide.me platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property

7. Content Moderation

Uploaded manuals are automatically scanned for prohibited content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our acceptable use policy without notice.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

UserGuide.me is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state where our company is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
